Amount of Refund

First of all check your TDS Refund Amount from 26AS facility.

if you had e-filled than, login thru your id and check refund status in my account and in "e-filling process status"

if return is filled manually, than you can check your refund status from this site.

note down that mentioned speed post or EMO no. and go thru this link

https://www.indiapost.gov.in/NSDefault.htm

this will show you your refund status, delivered or not.

you will get TDS refund amount which is shown in 26AS.

Its not appearing in 26AS

I had e-filled , login thru my id and check refund status in my account and in "e-filling process status" is saying refund assessed and sent to Refund Banker.

Aha,

I mean to say, amount which is showing in 26AS report, you will get that amount after deducting Tax+EC+Int. (if any)

and if you want to know the amount of refund after processing than its not possible without intimation U/s 143(1).

I suggest go for your jursdiction officer and discuss the matter, the same is happend with our client and case is still pending. You can demand the processing proof of refund so that you can know the date & acoc*nt no. on which the amount is credited.

In our case that account no. was not of client so they ask for us :

Copy of Bank Statement

and

One Indemnity Bond

so i think the same document are required to be filled by you
