I am a Final student of Chartered Accountancy Course.
Presently, I am undergoing my article training in Jamnagar since 1.9.2010 and which will complete on 31.08.2013.
I am also pursuing Company Secretary Course along with CA Final.
I am also a commerce graduate.
I would like to know whether I can apply for the GPSC/UPSC Exam or not ? as
because only one course is allowed as per CA Regulations along with CA Final during the article ship period.
