Alternate for 23b
Can anyone suggest me as to which is the alternative for form 23B. Should we file appointment of auditors with MCA? Because there is no form for that. Some say to file ADT-1 but its in a printable format and cannot be uploaded. Please suggest me at the earliest. Thanks in advance

ADT-1 is to be filed as attachment to GNL-2
as I doubt there is no e-form replacing erstwhile 23B , Try following this ,
as Notice by company of appointment of auditor to ROC is itself sufficient in new law.
