Already ca, want to go for cs is it beneficial

Hi Friends, My Frd has recently in May 11 cleared her CA Final and now she is working in a company at a lower middle leverl management drwaing 5 L PA. meanwhile she got married also. now, she wish to go for CS, how far CS with CA at this stage is beneficial for her both knowldge wise and package wise she should go for CS or not.
