I have a query regarding deduction u/s 24(b).

Sir, If I have taken a housing loan in 2009 and the construction completed in 2014 then whether I will be able to take benefit of Rs.200000 as deduction u/s 24(b) or only Rs.30000 (because construction was completed after expiry  of 3 years from the end of the year in which loan was taken).

If it is only Rs.30000 then what about pre-construction interest paid on borrowed capital.  whether this limit will apply on pre-constructin period also.
