Hi friends...

Can any one pl. tell me the difference between agency by holding out and agency by estoppel??

Actually both are synonymus and quite overlapping.

In case of doctrine by holding out if a person holds himself as an agent of another to outsiders and the other person do not deny then it is called doctrine by holding out

extending this concept the other person principal is estopped or stoped from denying the third party that there was no such agency and the deemed principal is bound by the act of agent
