I........ , being the subscriber to the memorandum /named as first directors of above name proposed company , hereby solemnly declare amd affirm that :
1. I have not been convicted of any offence in connection with promotion , formation , or management of any company during preceding 5 years ; and
2. I have not been found guilty of any fraud , misfeasance or of any breach of duty to any company under this Act or under any previous company law dyrung preceding 5 years ;and
3, All the documents filed with registrar for registration of the company contain information that is correct and complete and true to the best of my knowledge and belief

it should be Rs. 100 stamp paper with notarized

No stamp paper required. It can be notarized on plain paper only.
