a) LLPs formed after Oct 17 need not file Form 11 and 8 for 2018. They need to start from 2019. However, if an LLP has filed Form 11 in May due lack of knowledge, is it compulsory for them now to file Form 8 as well.
b) When a CA signs Form 8, is he certifying the numbers also in the form.
