Access denied showing

It is internal gst portal problem.To resolve this issue you should do following steps--
1. You have to capture screen image of ur PC on which page access denied is showing.
2.Then submit other details of ur cleint like name ,gst no.and other information .
Finally send all these Information to Gst portal.
At last call customers care for complete deatils.ļ

where do i find the option to send those documents?

U can try this-
While login enter into forget password option and create new password with OTP then try again for login

I filed GSTR 1 using EVC option.
