After my 80c got exhausted with 1.5L my accountant said I can additionally invest 50K in National pension scheme whcih I did.
However in ITR where do I show this. Does it come under 80CCD 1B and is there a clear column by that name 80CCD 1B in ITR1?

I find that it's auto filled through the downloaded file already. Seems they took it directly from form16.
