Yes......... once payment deducted from your bank account, certificate will be issued of the same date.......

You may inquire at customer care no. with your application/cheque number.....

They didnt give application number I Print out application form self and gave them with cheque  got receipt though 

cheque cleared next day statment showing --- clearing Union bank of india    Amount xxxx

you can trace you application with cheque number or pan number    

but now showing anything its been 25 days 

Read::: "The bank branches will allot the required application form number and will accept the application."

AND : 

If directly submitted in any Union Bank of India branch.... you may inquire with them........ (but no need to worry)...

If address with all other details properly filled it will be allotted on the same date.
