Dear Team Can a person who is not Chartered Accountant but providing service is eligible to claim 44ADA ?
what is the definition of profession of accountancy as per 44AA(1)

If question is of eligibility as per law........ s/he is not eligible........
But department accepts all such ITRs under section 44ADA, specifically when any TDS is deducted u/s. 194J...... processess it without defect (received defective notices for sec. 44AD, in similar cases)..... and even issues refund without delay........
