An assessee has a sales of Rs 1.5 cr from recharge coupens. But he got only 75000/-(.5%) as commission.Is he liable for tax audit for the AY 2014-15.

yes, as stated in sec 44ab .
I got the opinion that it only commission income needs to be shown as there are some case laws in support of this. However I do not know which case law is this.
