i am a builder and i had sold a property during the year 2016-2017 since it is a immovable property so is it any law requirement in section 269ss to show details in tax audit as a specified advance received from customer.

yes it is applicable
wheathe the whole sale amount or only advanve received
advance only
if i sold that property in the year in which i advance received then because dont take advance i just sold it
