I am applying for 12A registration online for section 8 company. On attachments it is mentioned " Certified Copy of instrument/ Registration with ROC"
1. What is the meaning of certified copy...? Is this mean self certified copy by Director who is applying for Form 10A...?
2. What is meaning of " is this case of registration under clause (ab) of dub section (1) of section 12A ....?
3. Please tell what other things are to be kept in while applying for registration under section 12A ....?
