Please guide me on following issue.

X (p) Ltd. done a contract with A (P) Ltd. for work of DESIGN, ENGINEERING,
MANUFACTURE, SUPPLY, PROCURE,
TRANSPORTATION, STORAGE, INSURANCE,
ERECTION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING.

and A (P) Ltd. issue one invoice which bifurcate all above work with respective amount.

So, guide me whether TDS is deducted in which section(i.e. particular work for particular section all in one 194C)

Please Supported with any judgement or circular or notification or any thing else.

08 January 2015 yes u need to check section 194C- DEFINITION of works contract under explaination to said section.

08 January 2015 for all techinical and professional service as provided u need to refer sec 194J as u have told above seperate bills are issued then check them sectionwise.
