22 September 2017 how to get credit on the goods purchased, if such goods are trasferred to the branch which is in another state and sold.

23 September 2017 Branches in different states where registered in that state are treated as distinct persons and can claim credit on the basis of the invoice issued by the transferor branch.

26 September 2017 1.Suppose, If I'm a Works contractor(Service Provider) registered in Hyderabad. Now, I'm providing service in Maharashtra. The goods/material required for providing service in Maharashtra are not available in that State. So, I purchase Material from Hyderabad by paying CGST and SGST. Now, how can I get credit of this CGST and SGST.

2.Earlier, we used to generate e-way bill for transferring goods, which can be generated by both Registered and Unregistered dealer. But now, it has been restricted to only registered dealer. In that case, what is the document to be generated if seller is registered when buyer is not.
