Registration for final ca and articles

I passed my IPCC in May 2012. Thereafter, I registered for articles. I started my articles in October 2012, for me to be eligible for appearing in the May 2015 Final attempt.
I plan to register for CA final by 20th February, 2013. I wish to know whether the articles period between October 2012 and February 2013 will be counted as valid articles?
Please help urgently! I have just received a letter from the institute stating: "The registration of Final Course is compulsory for commencement of articles training. As such, your articles will be registered only after the receipt of the said fees."
I am worried about the 5 months of articles between October 2012 and February 2013.

Dear Ami,
on passing IPCC, you have to register to FInal course as well as for articleship. this is to be done by filing form 102 and 103.
If you have registered you articleship with the institute, then i dont think the institute will not consider the period from october to feb 12.
but if you haven't done so, there may be a problem.
so, after passing ipcc, have you submitted the articleship regn form with the institute??

Yes, I have registered for articles. However, I am yet to register for Final. So the institute will consider the period between October '12 and February '13 of my articles, right?

Yes, I am planning to register before the 20th of this month itself. I was under the impression that one can register up till 9 months before the examination. but i received a letter from the institute stating that i need to register before the 26th of this month.
