ITR-2 issues AY 2022-23 via zerodha quicko

Did anyone file ITR2 via zerodha quicko. it is giving below error when I click on E-file option:

[{"error_code":"Digest_Invalid","message":"Modification to ITR details outside Utility is not allowed."}]

Kindly let me know if there is any workaround for this.

I have tried on income tax utility as well but on ITR form utility, my HRA exemption is not showing even it was available on Form-16. When I tried to manually enter it then it reset to 0.

12 July 2022 That must have been before 6th July, try it on latest utility ver.1.1.10. We are not facing any issue now.

12 July 2022 I have tried just now in online mode. As soon as I tried to enter HRA amount it throws following error:
Exemption of HRA u/s 10(13A) shall not be more than minimum of HRA received or 50% of (Basic + DA).
IN my form-16 it was already there.

12 July 2022 It seems you are claiming HRA more than eligible as per act. Though you may received more but exemption would be as per sec. 10(13A) of IT act...
The same would be cause for Quicko defect.

12 July 2022 No Sir If I just enter 10 or 1 in hRA exemption field still it is throwing same error only accepting 0

12 July 2022 Seems to be technical issue.
Try downloading prefilled ITR and check if the same problem persists.
If yes, report it under Grievances.

12 July 2022 I have added HRA(103566) under Salary first in latest utility and then add same amount in exemption then it is allowing me to proceed further but I never done like this in previous ITR
