WHICH ITR TO BE FILED WHEN A SALARIED PERSON RECEIVES TDS u/s 194J ? The person is in employment with 2 different news agencies.

Such income is taxable under the head Income from Business and accordingly ITR 4 is required to be filed.

a person employed with a company will have accounts books ?? Then what will he fill at the p/l and balance sheet columns of ITR4. He only has tds certificates 16A.such itr4 will be accepted. Pls clearify.

He should select the option "books of accounts not maintained" and provide only gross receipts and gross expenses.
