Export Under LUT and with payment of IGST

This query is : Resolved

Quick Summary
It is indeed possible to export goods under both a Letter of Undertaking (LUT) without paying IGST, and also to export with IGST payment, within the same financial year. The GST law does not impose any restrictions on this. However, it's crucial to follow the correct procedures for each type of export to ensure compliance. Additionally, if you need to claim IGST refunds, you can update your bank account details on ICEGATE.

11 April 2023 I have applied for LUT for FY 2023-24, now i want to export under both terms, like few export under LUT without payment of IGST and also few exports with payment of IGST.

Is it possible to do the same?
