Dear Sir, I am a Indenting Agent & I do return file Regularly of my personal account as well as my HUF account. Now i wanted to earn from agriculture. I have been owned a land from my Personal Account. For Tax saving Purpose i wanted to do this business from my HUF. So, Please guide me wat i have to do for that. Can i transfer the land on HUF name or i have to Show the land on lease to HUF? & if Yes then Please tell me how? Thanks in advance.

one of our employee is a qualified law graduate looking after legal section and appearing and handling all legal matters like mact claims and labor disputes etc., now he retires and takes up private practice by registering him in the bar council the query is 1. whether he can appear against the organisation in which he last worked? 2. he continues to get pension from thew organisation monthly 3.can he appear against the organisation by getting vakalath from the petitioners against the organisation? 4. is there any way to prevent this within the rules of the bar council? or through legal means ? 5. in case he is appearing against the organisation can the orgn. stop the pension as a measure of penalty or punishment ? sir, my query is,i have issued a single lower deduction certificate stating my 3 clients , on which lower deduction was applicable with limits. one of the above client said that the this certificate will be issued separately i.e one for one client basis and hence said in invalid. department said that certificate was correct in all respect. thanks in advance
