Dear sir, i have an client whose registration was taken 6 months ago.so,do i need to give request letter to get TPIN deatails for log in credentials to dept to file the RETURNS ? or can i goahead with register as new user which is available under log in option? suggest me in this regard. if a metered cabs company received Rs.1500000 from advertisement on cabs in financial year 2010-11 & F.Y.2011-12 of RS 1300000 . what service tax will applicable on cab company for advertisement income in above F.Y.?... Give soon reply
