DEAR SIR COMPANY CAN TAKE CREDIT INPUT SERVIE TAX ON INTERNET SERVICE BILL, cOURIER SERVICE BILL, BSNL BIll. TOTAL INPUT ON THOSE BILLS iS RS:-32543/- OUTPUT EXCISE DUTY PAYABLE IS RS :-507065/- Company is reg in excise only. WE ADJUST INPUT OF NOT. IF ADJUST THE INPUT HOW MUCH DUTY IS PAYABLE.

Hi, I have one Query Regarding Correction in Amount in Challan which has already Filled in Orignal Return with Wrong Amount. Because of this Challan is Matched in NSDL and Unmatched in OLTAS. Because of Wrong Amount Booked in NSDL their is Demand From TRACES. Can You Short out my This Query ???? Thanks in Advance.........

good evening sir, Recently my reg of inter expired n i was under old scheme of icmai inter. Please help me in finding revalidiation form. I already sent my cc papers last year so if i re-reg myself under new scheme by revalidating my reg do i have to send cc papers again for attempting june attempt coming year. Please help me n tell me full procedure for revalidating my reg. help me soon. Its urgent. Thanx in advance

Dear Sir, I have small confusion., Our account dept done provision about bonus during the month of Mar-15., But any how we forget to pay service tax on that now Man power supplier raised invoice for the payment of bonus my confusion is that can i pay service tax @ 14% or 12.36%. Please advice ASAP
