Sir my uncle is a private money lender. And he files his quarterly KVAT returns. So with the changes in law and new amendments ,does he need to take GST registration? and also what is the maximum rate of interest for money lending ..? Please Help.

Dear sir, can you please clear my one doubt regarding filling of ITR for FY 2015-16. As per previous law we can file it till 31st march 2018. But in recent budget it has been said that now from 1st April 2017 only one return can be filed. Now we can file two year return at a time. However I am not getting any circular or notification for it. But even all CA are saying that after 31st march 2017 only FY 2016-17 return can be filed.

Gud evng sir Mr x has a motar vehicle trading business and coconut commission business then trading of motor vehicles can be shown as sec44ad presumptive income ???? And commission can be directly show??? Whether Compulsory need to maintain books of accounts Trading of motor vehicles 460000 turn over and profits 50000 commission business 1lakh income Please explain me sir

Sir, One of my client is having ancestral gold worth Rs. 25,20,000/- and we have created a HUF and now I have to file its First Year Return for FY 2014-15. My hesitation is that how I should show this amount in Balance Sheet,Simply by Showing the Jewellery in asset side and capital in the Liability side with some addition of income in capital account.
