Dear Sir, I have bought a drone online from Singapore and yesterday I received a notice from commissioner of customs dept asking to provide clearance from DGCA and import licence from DGFT. Am not having any such licence. i bought the same to take selfie from a height ( drone weight less than 2 kg used to take selfie) and it is said to fly a height of 40 mts. Kindly advice

Dear Sir, we are newly formed start up company. We want to design the best payroll package for our employees. In my earlier company in the FBP definition we have a component for Driver salary reimbursement and Fuel reimbursement. Driver salary up-to Rs. 18000 per month Fuel reimbursement - For travel from home to office @ Rs.6 per KM with fuel log. But not sure whether this is right.

AS per ICAI Guidance Note, with respect to derivative contracts, Turnover means the total of positive and negative or favorable and unfavorable differences. Premium received on sale of options is also needs to be included. My query is whether the above calculation can be used for arriving turnover and declaring income of 8% under Section 44AD?
