suppose, if the tds deducted by bank is not deposited with the government, then how should I proceed further in the matter? Bank issued tds certificate to me but failed to deposit the tds with govt. I requested them to deposit the amount so that I can declare ITR for this year, but they did not do so and simply saying that the process of uploading is outsourced. How long I have to wait for the same as time to submit ITR is 31st july. How to deal with the matter now? Shall i take this matter to the Incometax department or any other forum to solve my problem. Please suggest. THanks,

Plz anyone send to my ID: satheesh.safal@gmail.com, gss2satya@gmail.com Sir I paid the ESIC through SBI Bank payment debited in my account. But It is not showing in the ESIC.com. I have not uploaded properly. I have taken a printout of it from the ESIC.com after entering the Contributions properly.How much the amount is shown in the ESIC the same amount I paid. From the bank side it is debited in my account. But not showing in the ESIC as paid.The amount is correct. But I forgot / not uploaded the Excel file plz. help me or send your excel sheet to my id plz.

I have previously worked with the bpos and want to now work in the costing field however am unsure how to approach gud companies or what opportunities to look for. I am pretty confused any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

Sir, I paid TDS Challan, but the SBI banker had given me a printed paper after filling the challan in their sofrware. Instead of code 200 they have written 400 code. Will it be effect on the TDS payment, the challan is correct.And I have not signed on the challan at the depositor place. Is there any problem in the future.

i get T-FV-1000 Invalid File Header Record Length While tds e-file return, getting the above error. Please let me how it will be resolved.
