Lowrence says : CPC Demand Notice
Hello, I received "Arrear Demand" notice from CPC, Bangalore. It says in the statement that in the AY 2008-09, the amount to be paid is Rs. 8,381. Actually, in that particular year, i worked for a company and I am not sure if I submitted the original Form 16 while filing returns, or if the Form 16 was not issued by the company. I have the ITR with me now with the ack seal. I am trying to get the duplicate Form 16 now. Please advise.

Mr. Ramakrishnan, I have posted a query about road permit in Punjab. Could you please take a look and answer my questions? I'm really confused as to what to do. My transporter has asked for a road permit from Punjab. However, my customer in Punjab says that road permit is not required. In that case, is invoice and packing list enough for the truck to travel from Bangalore to Punjab? Please help! Thanks
