Dear Sir I have invoice to export party on 16 march-2012,then duty rate was 5% and i paid duty form cenvat and rebate but I despatched material on 20th march -2012 then duty rate increase 5% to 6% now Department not allow me that rebate they says to deposit balance duty with intrest after that they shall allow us rebate

Respected Sir, PLs help me.. Its urgent... I want to register for ICWA inter exams for dec-2012. I have final year marksheet ,TC, ssc leaving certificate. But I dont have a Degree certificate. Can i take the admission without submitting the degree certificate????
