Sir I want to apply service tax registration MY USER ID IS anitha_2012 , 1. after login to my account with internet explorer , toolbar is not displaying in my page 2. when i opened with google chrome after submitting ST-1 REGISTRAION it is displaying as Your Request Can not be Processed, Please contact the System Administrator. please resolve inthis regard Regards Suresh

I HAVE PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY WHO IS RECEIVING LABOUR INCOME FROM A JEWELLERY SHOWROOM WHO IS ALSO A PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY AFTER TDS BEING DEDUCTED FROM THE ABOVE. WHETHER I AS A PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY LIABLE TO PAY SERVICE TAX ON THE LABOUR INCOME RECEIVED AFTER IMPLEMENTATION OF NAGATIVE LIST IN SERVICE TAX ........ PLEASE REPLY AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.....
