we had provided provision for AY 08-09 Rs.15,000/- and Adv. Tax Rs.15,000/- but yet no intimation received from CPC or local IT Dept. can we write off the provision

sir i have sent my ipcc examination form via speed post to icai delhi but it is wrongly sent to some other place by post office as i checked in speed post status i have file a complaint in post office...in this situation wheter icai will accept my exam form if late late delivered to icai..thanks sir plz answer me i am very much tensed
