Hi, Respected Expert I have confusing for tax exemption of housing loan. i have taken a loan 2011-2012 for constructing house. this financial year (2012-13) paid the emi (but my house is under construction) is there any tax exemption this financial year plz suggested me clearly.

Sir, I had deposited cash in to my Savings Bank account every month regularly (Below Rs. 50000) in 2011-12. have i show it to my Income tax return or Not. Please guide me in this matter. i want to file my ITR before this 31st march 2013.

Sir, I had purchase flat in feb-10 for Rs.1059500/-(Pur. Price + Stamp Duty). I had sold this flat in May-11 for Rs. 1700000/- (Rs.750000/- by cheque & other amount in cash) through Power of Attorney. can i claim Short Term Capital Loss or not. My Email Id is atrivedi39@yahoo.co.in
