Our consultancy has not filed TDS return for 2nd & 3rd quater for period 2011-12 can we filed now. will charges for late payment ie 200 per day applicable to us. or only interest on late payment will be applicable. Is it possibility that charges & interest on late filling can be waived. please advice. its urgent

One of the my client received a state government contract for construction a housing quarters in which he will procure the goods (i.e. materials) and also construct the quarters. now I want to know about implication of service tax and VAT.
