WE ARE IN TO DEALING OF SAREES, WE HAVE MADE INTERSTATE PURCHASES i.e HANDLOOM GOODS WORTH RS.1,03,170/- IN THE YEAR 1997-1998,AND IN THE YEAR 2003, I HAVE RECEIVED NOTICE SAYING THAT I HAVE TO PAY TAX ON THE PURCHASE AMOUNT i.e RS.1,03,170/- AND WITH NO INTENTION TO AVOID IT I HAVE NOT PAID TAX. AGAIN IN THE YEAR 2013-2014 I HAVE RECEIVED NOTICE SAYING THAT"YOU HAVE FAILED TO PAY TAX u/s 13(2) of the KST ACT 1957" 1% OF 1,03,170 = RS.(1,031/-)+PENALTY(RS.1994/-) GRAND TOTAL=RS.3025/- Sir please tell me do i have to pay tax on entry of handloom goods which is exempted,please please assist me in this matter as they have limited the time to 7 days

Sir, I have some doubt for Incoenm tax filling like 1) i have booked flat in Pune for which i have paid rs 6.5 lac as downpayment, can i avail tax benifit on the same. If yes in what slab, In 26 or under 80C. 2) Stamp duty can be exempted in the income tax under 80c?? Pls confirm.
