An expert in designing and review of stock based compensation plans such as ESOP, ESPP, SARs Phantom Stocks, Sweat Equity (broadly known as ESOPs) for both listed and unlisted companies across India in private and public sector of turnover even exceeding USD 2.5 Billions or even for new born companies, valuation of stock options and shares, high-end DOMESTIC and INTERNATIONAL TAXATION ADVISORY AND COMPLIANCE SERVICES in crossborder ESOP transactions.

 
A number of years hands-on experience in corporate tax advisory, compliance, litigation and corporate law matters in general.
 
Used to represent before SEBI, RBI and other regulators/ statutory authorities - sometimes with policy advocacy.
 
A regular speaker on ESOPs at various Company Secretaries' fora in National Capital Region.
