About me

CA. Rajat Mohan is an Associate Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (A.C.A.) and also passed final examination of Company Secretary Course conducted by Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Furthermore, he also has qualified post qualification course of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India on ‘Information Systems Audit’ (D.I.S.A.).

After receiving training from reputed firm of Chartered Accountants, he worked with reputed law firm of Delhi, and played a pivot role in handling international tax consultancies, principally related to indirect taxes. He was regularly writing articles on latest changes and case laws especially on international taxation, and played a key role in drafting Indirect Tax chapter of an international publication for the law firm.

He is a regular contributor of articles on tax matters, which are published on several online portals and in the columns of reputed tax journals and magazines. He conducts seminar/workshops for professionals and students on ‘GST’ and ‘Income Tax and Service tax’ respectively.
