Dear Sir, I was registered as Composition dealer since July 2017. But unknowingly I was supplying tax invoices to the customers. Some of which whom I supplied service invoices are in other state. Now as I realized the mistake, 1. Can I opt out of composition levy retrospectively from the date I supplied tax invoices in other state? say 01.09.2017. 2. I have already submitted GST returns upto Q1 2018-19. So can I submit previous returns as a regular dealer? Thanks. -

Sir we have a brand applied for trademark in supply of rice but the status is objected and we have withdrawn the brand and filed an affidavit will I be suppose to pay 5% GST ? -
