    A public co having a director who is Chairman & managing director . As per section 317 a MD can be appointed or reappointed for a max 5 years . so can a CMD be non rotational director as per 255 . does normally public cos make there md non rotational . if yes then wat is the relevance of section 317

    X ( father ) transfer money in the trust (beneficiary trust) created for his minor son.The money would come from father's file. This money than after be utilized for earning interest from loan.Whether it attrats gift tax . If the amount is obatined from the grandfather than whether it attracts gift tax
