dear sir Mr. x owner of a commercial Building and he received a Rent Rs. 200000 per month from us but he is not issuing invoice. there is any obligation of service tax on us if yes what is? -

if an individual crossed the limit of 10 lakhs & doesnot have service tax registration no then any liablity applicable for service taker from that person
