Sir I am working in Hotel Industry 50% Advance Received in apr'15 from guest for banquet Hall Booking .At the time paid service tax (12.36*70%=8.652%).Serivce provide on July'15 now we raised the Bill in july'15 month what is the service tax Rate Put in the Bill? -
