The case is as follows , dealer in Maharashtra purchases goods from goa against c form I.e. @ 2% , and those goods sells @ 12.5 vat in Maharashtra, 25% of the total sale is credit sale , so does it affect the cash / bank as 2% cst is nothing but cost which is not available as credit andvat liability and all yhe other payments have to be paid irrespective of credit sales.. -
