I took transfer from my current firm on 21/8/2016 and i'm unable to get a stamp paper of that day. If i buy a stamp paper dated 26/8/2016. What will be the consequences? My final attempt is may 2018 But sir what about the remaining 5 days in between? -

Hi, If a company wants to make valuation of its share under NAV Method,that is Intrinsic value method using market or realizable value of its fixed assets and current assets. Then how to revalue the Leasehold land appearing in its Balance sheet. Whether it is same as applicable to freehold land -

: late submission of form 108
my articleship was completed on 28/02/2016 but i submitted form 108 on 11/06/2016. i have excess leave for 180 days. I had joined new firm on 01/05/2016 for excess period. so whether my joining firm before 11/06/2016 is valid or not??
