    Under the opeating lease if property is put under the right to use category i.e covered under the definition of sale as per delhi sales tax act and vat is charged on the lease rentals then why service tax to be paid under the categories you mentioned. I think there shold not be any service tax .

    pl advise what about operating lease of aircfradr as it is not a immveable property. where servixe tax is applicable and if yes under which clause of service tax. Pl advise.
