About me

I am a science graduate, law graduate and Chartered Accountant. I have also qualified DISA from ICAI.

I am in practice for about 30 years and take care of Income Tax, Accounting, Audit, Company Law, Service Tax, Bank Audits and System Audit assignments of corporates, LLPs, Firms, Individuals, AOPs etc. I have also been attached to Capital Market Companies where I was heading Business Monitoring department with profile of monitoring of Policies, development of new business strategies, formulation of methods and procedures for the development of business and ways to increase revenues and control the costs.

My other interests are listening Music, teaching pupils, net surfing and playing Badminton. I believe in Karma which is ultimately followed by Destiny.

dear sir i want to calculate TDS of individual for financial year 2009-2010 whose information is below Basic- 19600.00 HRA - 7840.00 Conv- 800.00 Spl Allow- 27634.00 Washing allo- 1000.00 Child edu - 300.00 Medical- 383 Prof pursuit - 250 PF ded-780.00 All the figures are per month plz try to solve my problem as soon as possible. friends plz help me, i am undergoing my articleship from haridwar,since september 2008, now i am shifting to delhi for coaching for whih i need transfer.A.c to institutes notification as on 27th march 2009 transfers r not allower after 27th march 2009. but as per the new relaxation norms applications recieved upto 30th april 2009 is valid:- "Further to the announcement dated 27th March, 2009, the transitional difficulties being experienced by members and students in the matter of transfer of articles, effected on or prior to 27th March, 2009 was considered by the Institute and with a view to mitigate the difficulties so experienced, it has been decided, as a special case, that Form 109 [i.e. relating to transfer / termination of articles] complete in all respect received in the Institute upto 30th April, 2009 be processed as per the norms in place prior to the publication of the Announcement dated 27th March, 2009 containing the decision(s) of the Council. In other words, any Form 109 received on or after 01.05.2009 shall not be taken on record, irrespective of the reason(s) for delay in submission" so does this mean that i can get my form no. 109 signed now and if submitted before 30th april i will be allowed transfer". plz help and do i need to submit form 120 as well (b'coz notification says that if application recieved before 30th april it will be treated as per norms applicable before 27th march 2009"form 120 was not required before 27th march 2009

good morning sir, i am a ca student, i have passed cpt of dec 2008 attempt with 109 marks(without maths), it was my ist attemp. now ihave opt ipcc, my coaching of ipcc is starting from 2 april 2009(in bareily), i am appearing for only group ist. sir i want from u to give me some tips & tricks & specially what will be my study time table to qualify group ist in ist attempt. plz help me in preparing my study time table, i will be very grateful to you.
