Sir, whether 1/3 credit on capital goods, which is used in manufactureing prosses, can be claimed in the year of purchased or not. Plz Ans my Ex....... Suppose we purchased capital goods on 01-12-2009(F.Y. 2009-10), can we avail 1/3 VAT credit in the F.Y 2009-10 or not.
