    I can answer qestions related to Technology Audits, IT Audits, Outsourcing Audits, ITO /BPO and Vendor Audits.

    Expertise in SAS - 70, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) questions as well.

    10 Years in Audits and 16 years in the Information Technology in general

    Princeton Audit Group - which is a USA based Certified Public Accounting Firm - I am a Managing Partner in this firm - currently looking at our India operations
