ello i want to knw that i m having a sole propreitorship company for eg XZY steel corporation dealing in bldg material supply so i hav <br> vat tin no & CST no <br> can i open another software comapny name ABC infotech on the same vat tin number & i m not having service tax no in this can i apply for service tax no on the this comapny .????????? <br> so i wanted to know that i my original company is XYZ steel corporation in which i supply steel (saliya ) bldg material supply on credit on which i pay vat tax. <br> i want to knw that can i open ABC infotech comapny on the same vat tin no since in this company i m gng to sell & purchase software <br> so i have to pay vat tax + service tax <br> my question for you is can i pay vat + service tax in same company is okey <br> please revert me on this site or on my email id harsh_shah69 @ yahoo.com -
