shanmugam says : sales against f form
hi, my client transfer his goods from kerala to tamilnadu against f form as stock transfer, in tnvat this particular goods is exempted from tax(fishnet light) whether it is taxable in the point of sales at Tamilnadu plz guide me

if a dealer transfer his goods from delhi to haryana on consignment basis against "F" Form for Rs. 5 Lac bt actual goods sold is of Rs. 3 Lac then wat will be the tratment. as DVAT says the sales should be of Rs. 5 Lac in DVAT -16 & Form -1 but as per AS -9 revenuein consignment should be recognised at the time of goods sold to third party

JUST TELL ME ONE OF OUR CLIENT FILLED THE SALE TAX RETURN RELATED TO PERIOD 01-09-2010 TO 31-03-2010....BUT HE FORGET TO CONSIDER TO TAKE THE SALE RETURN IN THE MARCH OF MARCH..NOW THIS RETURN SHOOWS IN HIS BOOKS NOT IN THE RETURN ..WHETHER HE SHOULD REVISED THE RETURN OR HIS CONSIDER THE RETURN IN APRIL 10...REPLY MW
