Hello to all of you, Can any one send me the format of transfer of articleship letter to be given by an article assistance to his principle which is apart from "FORM 109". I am taking transfer within 1 year of my articleship training with mutual cosent of both principle & article assistance. -

Sir i crossed first year in articleship period. Due to health issues i need to take break for 3 to 4 months. And my boss is accepted to give me termination. Sir now i need how to draft a letter for getting approval from icai before enclosing form 109.Also if i take such break and i join any other firm afterwards will there arise any problems?whether should i get tranfer or termination. Kindly help me in drafting a sample letter sir. Thanks in advance. -

Switch over from mulitstate schld co-op bank to private bank I am Chartered Accountants working in Multi State Schedule Co-op Bank having 7 Year Experience in Audit , Tax & Compliance.
