Hello.. i would like to know that we are having contract with a service provider for xyrox machine in that they use to provide us cartridge and service also, machine is of our company.. in the above connection when the service provider raising bill they use to charge vat as well as service tax also.. pls. guide me whether this is the correct procedure -

Dear sir, for past 3yrs i was running LMV taxi, and incurred heavy loss. so i sold the car. my friend told me that you have to pay capital gain on sale of car. sir i want to know whether saleing a car attracts capital gain/loss. if so how it is calculated. i'm awaiting your reply immediately. thank you in advance -
